To allow for a delegate to set the 'Follows' on behalf of another user. This has come about by a requirement for sales administration users to be able to set who their sales persons follow. Currently changing the 'user' on the Follow record presents an error to CRM. ( reference service request: 2110050050003105 ) -

Need a warning when customers try to start a language installation when there is one already in progress. When multiple language installations are kicked off, it crashes the system and users have to restore from backup. It would be nice to get a warning when a user tries to install a language when there is one already in progress. -

It would be great if tab layouts were set and could be used across multiple forms. Therefore instead of editing the form I would edit the tab and it would change on all associated forms. -

Display the widget/channel panel on the home page of the customer service workspace. Now the widget is displayed after opening a new session through js code. The idea is to be able to customize a session and the home page to display the widget by default. -
Remove EXIF data from uploaded photos

When customers upload images, like .jpg, it typically contains a lot of personal information in EXIF data. Information like, where the photo was taken (GPS position), when the photo was taken (date + time), what equipment was used to take the photo. Social networks like facebook remove EXIF data, but from my tests it seems like Dynamics does not. Please add this as a feature when images are uploaded as it compromises a lot of sensitive information about users. -
Show more lines of a grid

The non-interactive dashboard is responsive in width: if only one grid is displayed, the whole width is used. However, the height of the grid does not adjust in this case and you have unused space below the grid. -

Frequent popup while working in Microsoft Dynamics 365 app (Preview) while offline. As a user I am downloading all offline data, disconnecting internet and working in App, getting frequent error popup : "The operation failed because you are offline"
